MANILA, May 1 (PNA) – The Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) further heightened its commitment toward cleaning Manila Bay and other major water bodies in the metropolis by forging a memorandum of agreement (MOA) with four local government units in Metro Manila.

“Considering the worsening state of Manila Bay’s waters, its clean up must be approached in synergy with the efforts of the local government units to achieve maximum impact,” Atienza said, who signed the memorandum for the DENR during the recent Earth Day celebration at the SM Mall of Asia in Pasay City.  Read more. . .
